Bresc Mushroom mix 450g
This chilled mushroom mix, consisting of various sorts of mushrooms such as oyster mushrooms, shiitake and porcini, is seasoned with onions, garlic and parsley. In the classic cuisine, this melange is more commonly known as duxelles. This mix is an explosion of umami and immediately injects flavour to any dish. Its versatility in use makes it an ideal base for soups and sauces.

Mushroom mix (48%) (oyster mushroom, shiitake, nameko, cep) (in varying proportions), fried onion, sunflower oil, shallot, roasted garlic, parsley, mushroom concentrate (2%), salt (2%), black garlic, water, thyme, acid (lactic acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate)
