Bresc Basil puree 450g
The unadulterated, authentic flavour of Italian basil grown in the area around the Berici hills. The fresh basil is processed with sunflower oil to produce a delicate puree. The aroma and the lovely green colour of the basil are preserved well. The chilled basil puree is extremely suitable as a flavour accent in soups, sauces and dressings.

Basil (63%), water, sunflower oil, salt (2,1%), stabilizers (guar gum, xantan gum), acidity regulator (sodium hydrogen sulphate), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), acid (sodium citrate), preservative (potassium sorbate)
