Sweet-and-sour cherry tomatoes flavoured with garlic and lemongrass. These sweet-and-sour tomatoes have a tangy-sweet flavour and the use of red pepper delivers a mildly hot aftertaste. The tomatoes have a firm bite, so they can be used for both hot and cold dishes. The tangy flavours mean they are excellent as a garnish in salads and as a topping for pizzas and sandwiches. The marinade is extremely suitable for sauces and as a dressing.
