Garlic puree made from organically grown garlic from Spain. This organic garlic puree has a longer shelf-life but without any concessions to its flavour or colour. Due to the use of Spanish bulbs, the puree has a tangy garlic flavour that will produce a hot note in any dish. Perfect for a real garlic kick.
