Ingredients pesto alla Genovese: Basil Genovese PDO (35,1%), olive oil, water, sunflower oil, Parmigiano Reggiano CHEESE PDO (10%), pine nut (5%), garlic (3,5%), salt (2,1%), rapeseed oil, acid (lactic acid), stabilisers (guar gum, xanthan gum), antioxidants (rosemary extract, ascorbic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).
