Coarsely chopped garlic made from fresh bulbs that are processed immediately after harvesting. Preserved with very little salt and citric acid in good-quality sunflower oil. Young garlic has a mild flavour and a subtle, delicate aroma. Suitable for a range of uses in the kitchen; its mild taste makes it extremely suitable for dressings. Consistent quality and available all year round.
